On Saturday 26th November we will be performing a datacentre migration of our entire infrastructure. Work will start at 10PM and be complete by 3AM Sunday morning. During this period all services will be offline.

While we do what we can to mitigate downtime during maintenance and upgrades, the facilities at which our current infrastructure is located are being closed for refurbishment; regrettably leaving us no choice but to relocate.

We are taking this opportunity to considerably upgrade hardware, our core network, and our internet backbone uplinks to the benefit of all customers.

Please note that during migration there is no risk to your data, appropriate backups and protocols will be implemented to ensure data integrity. Unfortunately due to the scale and complexity of the migration it's not possible to move you at a preferred date or time - everyone must be moved together.
