If you are a new client who has asked us to move your hosting and website set up.
If you have an existing website or if one of Mello Hosts partners are helping you with a new website then they are going to need the following information.
WordPress Login
We will need full access to your website account, this should be at full admin access for the website. If you are unable to access these then we will need access to your hosting account where your website is hosted.
We will need your username and password
Hosting Login
In some cases we will need access to you Hosting account, this can be for a variety of reasons like uploading large files, correcting software etc.
Where did you register your Domain Name?
If you are hosting through Mello Hosts we will need access to where you registered your domain name so we can point your domain name at your new hosting and website when it is ready. This maybe through your old hosting account or through a third party provider such as Names.co.uk.
