As a small hosting company we rely on a larger hosting company to provide our infrastructure, security and compliance.  We host our services through Eco Hosting, a company based in Wales that Neil has worked with since 2010 when it was owned and run by Danny. Eco Hosting have recently moved their servers to the East of England and the management of them has been taken over by Host Presto. 

As such we rely on their compliance certificates to ensure our customer satisfaction. 

ISO/IEC 27001:2013

Our datacentre is ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified. This specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system within the context of the organisation.

14001:2015

Our datacentre is ISO 14001:2015 certified. This specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organisation can use to enhance its environmental performance. ISO 14001:2015 is intended for use by an organisation seeking to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability.

ISO 9001:2015

Our datacentre is ISO 9001:2015 certified. This specifies requirements for a quality management system within an organisation.

PCI Compliance

All of our billing and management systems pass and exceed PCI Compliance. Your payment details are stored fully encrypted at rest using industry standard secure encryption processes, and passwords are stored at rest in a non-reversible hash.
