Move your static site and give it a makeover

We were approached to help Englemed News website which had been operating for years with their owner building the individual HTML Pages every time they wanted to post a new article. 

 

One of our technicians took this health news website and moved nearly 8000 individual HTML and PHP pages into a new WordPress website, keeping content, headings, links, images, dates of articles, categories and excerpts.

Our technician used a bespoke programme to scan each individual page, all the information was saved to a CSV file which was then imported into the WordPress database using a plugin that matched the fields.
